Delivery Schedule


We deliver your order right away if you have ordered a digital download.


As soon as possible

We aim to despatch items as soon as possible (usually on the same working day if ordered by 11:30am and the item is in stock), please note if you have ordered a ready made resource (laminated) then these are made to order - we aim to despatch these within 2-3 days – usually sooner if we can.


We have daily postal collections Monday to Friday - please be patient, as items sent can take up to 3 working days to reach you from day of sending. We will confirm that your item has been shipped by email at the end of the day.


We do not ship at weekends. You may receive a shipping notification at the weekend if we are trying to clear orders across the weekend, but the couriers do not collect from us on Saturday or Sunday, so your order will leave us on the next working day (usually Monday).


11:30am is our cut-off time for sending items, if you order after 11:30am the earliest your item could be sent is the following working day - as long as it is in stock.


Courier Options

Please be aware that the postal service you choose at checkout is not an indication of despatch time, it is simply the form of service used when the item is ready for despatch.


For example, choosing Courier delivery does not indicate that the item will be sent the same day. It means that your item when ready for despatch will be shipped by your chosen service. Usually if it is before 11:30am and the item is in stock it will ship, but please be aware during very busy periods this may not be the case.


We may upgrade the service to a courier (at no extra charge) if your items are too heavy/bulky for standard post.


Urgent Order?

If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline - there may be an extra charge for this, we can also offer other forms of delivery such as a courier at an extra charge.


We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock - as we also sell on Amazon, eBay and in our Swindon store this sometimes happens - in this case we will inform you of an approximate wait time. If you prefer not to wait you can opt for a refund.


Please note that we are not responsible for the time it takes for items to be delivered once they are posted.

  • Courier delivery is either 48 or 24 hours (weekday deliveries only - Saturday and Sunday delivery is available at an extra charge and can be selected at the checkout)
  • Standard is approx 2-3 working days 
  • Express is approx 1-2 working days
  • Economy is up to 5 working days
  • Airmail shipments depend on destinations but are usually 5-7 working days.

Items lost/delayed

We will ask buyers to wait 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days internationally to allow for the item to be delivered (Royal Mail guidelines). We will then investigate the issue and will offer a replacement or refund. Please note that Royal Mail/our courier company may contact you directly as part of the investigation.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address and postcode. If the order does not arrive and the address is found to be incorrect (or the postcode) then we will not be held responsible for the loss.

If you leave a shipping instruction such as 'leave in shed' or 'leave in recycling bin' please be aware this is down to driver discretion and the responsibility lies with you to check the designated delivery place. Neither us nor the courier company can be held responsible if you ask for your item to be left in a bin that is then subsequently collected/emptied. Please be aware of this when leaving a shipping/delivery instruction.
