Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note the following terms, where "The Seller" is Primary Classroom Resources Limited.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason. In this case the Seller will inform the Buyer that the order has been cancelled and issue a full refund.
The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order. If an error in pricing is found The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order at the incorrect price.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes (including postal strikes), lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
The Seller expressly reserves the right to alter its prices, product specifications and terms and conditions without notice.The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

Shipping And Handling
If you have ordered an email resource from us and have paid by credit/debit card via Paypal or SagePay, you should receive an email with download links to your purchases to the email address you provided at time of ordering immediately. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, please check your junkmail box before contacting us
If you have paid by echeque or have made a pending payment (via bank transfer for example) then your order will be despatched once payment has cleared via Paypal - this can take up to a week.
If you have ordered a ready made resource, it should be dispatched within 5 working days, earlier in quieter periods (During busy periods this could be up to 10 working days). Please contact us if you would like notification of when your item has been despatched. We have daily WEEKDAY postal collections - please be patient, as items sent can take up to 5 working days to reach you from day of sending.
If you need to give us additional information to allow us to complete your order (for example sticker design choice or colour/font choices for display lettering) please email us with these details as soon as possible in order not to delay the despatch of your items.
Please remember that items purchased on this site are subject to copyright and you are not authorised to sell these anywhere else.
Shipping for emailed resources is obviously free of charge.
Shipping for ready made resources is automatically calculated when you add items to the basket. It considers a discount for more than one item so there is no need to ask for a postage discount. There are different choices for UK customers for shipping charges, calculated on the speed of delivery and the weight of the item. Free delivery is available for Mainland UK orders over £60 + VAT (not including Story Sacks or Upson Down Signs).
Please note that we are not responsible for the time it takes for items to be delivered once they are posted. You will receive notification via email to confirm shipment, Courier delivery is either 48 or 24 hours, Royal Mail Tracked is approx 2-3 working days, Royal Mail Tracked Next Day is approx1-2 working days. Airmail shipments depend on destinations but are usually 5-7 working days.
We will ask buyers to wait 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days internationally to allow for the item to be delivered (Royal Mail guidelines). We will then investigate the issue by asking you to complete our Lost Item Form and will offer a replacement if we are satisfied that the item is lost. We will only refund if we do not have the item in stock. Please note that Royal Mail/our courier company may contact you directly as part of the investigation.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address and postcode. If the order does not arrive and the address is found to be incorrect (or the postcode) then we will not be held responsible for the loss.
Please note the automatic postage calculation now works for all countries.
Shipping is by Royal Mail or a courier service as standard for UK deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If ordering from outside the UK, please contact us for an individual shipping quote if the basket exceeds the amount pre installed (smaller orders should be calculated accurately). Tracked services are available. If you proceed with an order without asking for a shipping quote, we will contact you with the extra that will be payable before despatch of your items. PLEASE NOTE as the buyer and importer you may be liable for any tax/duty charges levied by customs in your country. These are usually payable to the courier company and your parcel may not be released until this is paid. We are not responsible for these charges and you as the buyer and importer will be liable for these. Please check your allowances carefully with your customs department, and only proceed with your order if you are happy to accept the charges if there are any.
If ordering from a school, we are happy to accept an official order via email, post or fax (01793 474717). Please make sure you include the full postal address of the school along with a contact name and school order number if required by your school/LA. we can then send your products along with an invoice, and can accept either a cheque or BACS payment, whichever is easier! Please note our terms are strictly 14 days and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices. |
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away if you have ordered a digital download.
We aim to despatch items as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours), please note if you have ordered a ready made resource (laminated) then these are made to order - we aim to despatch these within 2-3 days.
We have daily postal collections Monday to Friday - please be patient, as items sent can take up to 3 working days to reach you from day of sending. We will confirm that your item has been shipped by email at the end of the day.
3pm is our cut-off time for sending items, if you order after 3pm the earliest your item could be sent is the following day - as long as it is in stock.
Please be aware that the postal service you choose at checkout is not an indication of despatch time, it is simply the form of service used when the item is ready for despatch. Choosing Courier delivery does not indicate that the item will be sent the same/next day. It means that your item when ready for despatch will be shipped by your chosen service. We may upgrade the service to a courier (at no extra charge) if your items are too heavy/bulky for standard post. If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline - there may be an extra charge for this, we can also offer other forms of delivery such as a courier at an extra charge.
We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock - as we also sell on Amazon, eBay and in our Swindon store this sometimes happens - in this case we will inform you of an approximate wait time. If you prefer not to wait you can opt for a refund.

Back OrdersAll ready made items are made to order and are shipped when available. If other items are on back order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the choice of a refund or delayed despatch of the complete order. |

UK VAT (tax) is currently 20%.
All prices on the website show plus VAT and including VAT prices for your reference.
VAT is charged on all UK and European orders and is shown in the basket when you place your order.
Countries outide of the European Union do not pay VAT and this is also reflected in your basket.
If you are VAT registered in Europe you have the opportunity to enter your VAT number at checkout. |

Returns PolicyDigital Downloads: Please note that refunds/returns are not available on digital download products.
Faulty items: If your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you and the faulty item collected/returned with postage refunded.
Ready made items: We will accept returns for ready made items that are sent back to us in as new condition. Buyer pays for return postage (please obtain proof of posting and ensure the item is packed sufficiently to avoid damage in transit as we will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post).
All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase - please contact us via email before returning an item and we will explain the procedure to you.
Damaged items: All damaged items need to be signed for as damaged if the outer carton is damaged (this is a requirement for damage claims from couriers). All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt, claims outside this time wil not be accepted. Please keep all packaging as this is needed for a damage claim to be processed.
