If I place an order for downloads when will they arrive? 

• Once your payment has gone through, then the links will be available immediately on your receipt.  The links will also be emailed to you, and are valid for 48 hours.

I didn't get my email with links, and I closed the receipt page - what do I do? 

• Firstly, check your junkmail or spam folder, sometimes the emails can go in there.  If you still canít find the email, please contact us with your order details and we will resend the links to you.

If I place an order for ready made resources when will they arrive? 

• We aim to despatch items as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours), please note if you have ordered a ready made resource (laminated) then these are made to order - we aim to despatch these within 7-10 days. We have daily postal collections Monday to Friday - please be patient, as items sent can take up to 5 working days to reach you from day of sending. We will confirm that your item has been shipped by email at the end of the day. 3pm is our cut-off time for sending items, if you order after 3pm the earliest your item will be sent is the following day - as long as it is in stock. Please be aware that the postal service you choose at checkout is not an indication of despatch time, it is simply the form of service used when the item is ready for despatch. Choosing First Class delivery does not indicate that the item will be sent the same/next day. It means that your item when ready for despatch will be shipped by your chosen service. We may upgrade the service to a courier (at no extra charge) if your items are too heavy/bulky for standard post. If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline - there may be an extra charge for this, we can also offer other forms of delivery such as a courier at an extra charge. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock - as we also sell on eBay and in our Swindon store this sometimes happens - in this case we will inform you of an approximate wait time. If you prefer not to wait you can opt for a refund. It is worth remembering that all laminated resources are made to order, so if you have placed a large order it may take a little time to be sent out.  We do understand the importance of having a resource on time for a particular lesson, so if there is an urgent need please do let us know after placing your order, and we will do our best to ensure we meet your deadline. How will my ready made resources be sent? 

• Ready made items will be sent either by Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size of the package.  Either way someone will need to sign for the item to ensure that your order can be tracked.  You can change your delivery address to a suitable address (such as school), but please do so as soon as possible after placing your order or it may have already been sent.

Do you offer a postage discount for multiple items? 

• The shopping basket is set up to take into account multiple items, and will adjust postage charges accordingly, so there will be a fair price for your package based on the total weight of the items. Please note that we are not responsible for the time it takes for items to be delivered once they are posted. We will ask buyers to wait 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days internationally to allow for the item to be delivered (Royal Mail guidelines). We will then investigate the issue and will offer a refund if we are satisfied that the item is lost. Please note that Royal Mail may contact you directly as part of the investigation.

We are a school and would like to place an order - how do we do this?

 If you are placing an order for a school, there are a few ways you can do this:

1. Fax/post an offical school order to us. This option will mean the school is sent an invoice with your goods, that can be paid by school cheque or BACS transfer. Please note our terms are strictly 14 days.
2. Download the order form, complete with your order details and then either fax the form to 01793 474717 or post to:

   The school will then be invoiced along with the order, and this can be paid either by school cheque or BACS transfer. Please note our terms are stricly 14 days.
3. Place your order online as an individual and pay using either Paypal or a credit or debit card. You will receive a receipt to use to claim back expenses from school.
4. Please note if you are placing an official school order you will need to provide the full postal address of the school including postcode, a contact name plus the offical school order number/reference. This information will ensure your order is sent to the correct place and the invoice is suitable for school auditing procedures.

I would really like something for my classroom but I can't see it on your site - can you help? 

• We are happy to accept requests!  These can be via email or via the Contact Us Form - please give as much information as you can and we will do our best to meet your requirements!

I would like to order ready made resources but I don't live in the UK - can I do this? 

• Yes you can!  We have supplied resources to customers across the world!  Smaller orders will have the shipping automatically calculated when choosing their country during checkout - if the items exceed the basket limit, then please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing an order.

What are Special Orders and how do they affect me?

• In order to keep Primary Classroom Resources as your one stop educational store, we are constantly on the lookout for more resources to add to our product range. However we do not have unlimited space here at PCR HQ so have agreements in place with some suppliers on items that are classed as "Special Order" - some are shipped direct to the customer from the supplier and some are sent from the supplier to us once an order is placed, and then we send the item on to our customers. But don't worry - the rest of your order WILL NOT BE DELAYED to wait for the Special Order items. It means we can offer all sorts of fantastic resources for the classroom including larger items such as furniture, still offering you the chance to buy all in the one place (and hopefully still get the same brilliant service you have grown to expect from us). If you have any questions about the availability of any items that are marked as Special Order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to find out lead times etc. A little note on the lead times - we have decided to err on the side of caution when putting these down, but please be aware that quite often our lovely suppliers ship out much sooner than the time given - we prefer to give a longer time to be on the safe side, to allow for times like the end of school financial year, end of academic year and so on.
