PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT THE DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE FOR THE TIME TAKEN ONCE YOUR ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED. MOST ORDERS ARE SENT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS, BUT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A LARGE AMOUNT OF READY MADE RESOURCES OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IT MAY TAKE LONGER. Please note for most of the delivery options there will need to be someone in to receive the delivery. If the delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from the depot. If a parcel is returned to us marked "not collected" then we will contact you and there will be a charge for the items to be redelivered. If a parcel is returned to us marked "incorrect address" or "address not complete" we will also charge for redelivery.
